How many reviews should I expect?

Typically 10–15% of your past customer list leaves a review during the reactivation. A list of 500 past customers usually means 50–75 new reviews in the first 4–6 weeks. For new customers requested right after service, expect 20–30% or more.

How does the review reactivation work?

We take your past customer list and drip out personalized review requests over several weeks. The slow drip keeps the reviews looking natural to Google — because they are real reviews from real customers. You upload the list once; we handle the rest.

What if I don't have a CRM — just spreadsheets or Messenger?
